Min temperatures hover above normal in Pb, Hry

Minimum temperatures continued to hover above normal limits across Punjab and Haryana with Gurdaspur recording a low of 9.1 degrees Celsius.
The minimum temperatures across the two states, including their common capital Chandigarh, settled 2 to 4 notches above normal limits today, a Meteorological Department official said here.
Chandigarh recorded a low of 13.3 degrees Celsius.
In Punjab, Amritsar recorded a low of 10.5 degrees Celsius while Ludhiana's minimum temperature settled at 13.5 degrees Celsius.
The respective minimum temperatures at Patiala, Pathankot, Adampur, Halwara, Bathinda and Gurdaspur settled at 13.7 degrees Celsius, 11.1 degrees Celsius, 10 degrees Celsius, 10.8 degrees Celsius, 10.9 degrees Celsius and 9.1 degrees Celsius, respectively.
In Haryana, Ambala recorded a minimum temperature of 14.7 degrees Celsius while Hisar and Karnal recorded respective lows of 12.2 degrees Celsius and 12 degrees Celsius.
The respective minimums at Narnaul, Rohtak, Bhiwani and Sirsa settled at 14.5 degrees Celsius, 14.4 degrees Celsius, 12.2 degrees Celsius and 12.3 degrees Celsius.
