The deceased was identified as 50-year-old Prahalad, police said, adding the 11 injured were rushed to SMS hospital in the state capital.
Twenty members of a family were on their way to attend the last rites of a relative in Indore in the mini bus when it overturned while trying to save an animal which came infront of the vehicle and driver could spot it only at the last minute due to darkness, they said.
The accident happened last night when the deceased was run over by the speeding bus, which later rammed against the Jaipur-BRTS poles on Sikar road.
A few passengers on the mini bus also sustained minor injuries who were later released after the first aid.
