Today's minimum was a notch below the normal and four degrees less than the previous day's 10.6 deg C.
Air-traffic was partially hit as a thick blanket of fog engulfed the capital in the morning hours. The conditions improved as the day progressed with maximum temperature rising two degrees above normal to settle at 22.6 deg C, the MeT department said.
Yesterday, the maximum was recorded at 21 deg C.
The Weatherman has predicted mainly clear sky for tomorrow with fog in the morning. The maximum and minimum will be around 21 deg C and nine deg C respectively, it said.
