Minimum temperature at 8.5 deg C, clear day ahead

It was a cold morning in the national capital here today with shallow fog in the air.
The minimum temperature settled at 8.5 degree Celsius which was four notches below normal for this part of the season.
The humidity level was recorded at 85 per cent at 8:30 AM.
It is going to be a mainly clear sky during the day with maximum temperature expected to settle around 28 degree Celsius.
Yesterday, the maximum temperature was recorded at 28.1 degree Celsius while the minimum settled at 8.6 degree Celsius.
