"Small plots will be created in the area for this purpose," he said at a public meeting here.
The Chief Minister also announced Rs 250 crore-worth of developmental projects for the area apart from Rs 20 crore-worth of projects for the Tosham assembly constituency.
"To meet the requirement for water in Tosham region, 38 canals will be renovated at a cost of Rs 129 crore. Estimates have already been sent and work will begin soon," he said.
"Gram Sachivalayas and community centres will be established in 10 villages. Health centers in Kairu and Tosham will be reconstructed at a cost of Rs 10.50 crore and a new hospital will be opened in Pinjokhra," he said.

Replacement of power lines in the constituency at a cost of Rs 4.50 crore will be undertaken, Khattar assured.
Expressing grief over the alleged suicide of ex-serviceman, Ram Krishan Grewal, a resident of Bamla village in the district, over the OROP issue, he assured, "The government will take steps so that all grievances of ex-servicemen are resolved."
"However, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, implemented this announcement as he came into power and Rs 5,600 crore have so far been given under this scheme. Provision of Rs 9,000 crore has been made for implementation of this scheme," he added.
On completion of mandates set by the state BJP, Khattar said, "Though complete transformation had not yet been achieved. The present government has managed to win the trust of people," he said.
"The state would be made kerosene-free by March 2017 and farmers in Tosham will be provided grants to adopt sprinkler and drip irrigation," he added.
Referring to the success of the 'Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao' campaign, he said," Jui Khurd village has registered a sex-ratio of 1,454 females per 1,000 males. This is a big achievement under the campaign."
Khattar felicitated the Sarpanch of the village,Rooppati, for this achievement.
