Minister Ambareesh taken off ventilator

Karnataka Minister and actor Ambareesh was today taken off the ventilator and his condition is stable at a hospital in Singapore, his doctor said.
"Doctors have removed Ambareesh from ventilator...He is conscious and talking," according to Dr K S Sathish of city-based Vikarm Hospital here, from where he was shifted to Mount Elizabeth Hospital in Singapore last week.
61-year old Ambareesh was admitted to Vikram Hospital here on February 21 after he complained of breathlessness.
