Kerala Forest Minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan today denied solar panel scam accused Saritha S Nair's allegation that he was in possession of video clippings which shows Chief Minister Oommen Chandy's son Chandy Oommen and her co-accused in the solar case visiting Dubai together.
Deposing before the commission probing the solar panel scam, Saritha claimed that she has heard that Radhakrishnan, who was the Home Minister when solar scam surfaced, was in possession of video clippings.
"It is a false allegation," Radhakrishnan said, and threatened to take legal action against Saritha.
"After studying the statement given by Saritha, I will think of taking legal action," he told reporters here.
Rejecting allegations that she had "illicit relations" with Chandy Oommen, Saritha told Justice Sivarajan Commission that she was not the heroine of such stories. "There are allegations about illicit relations with Chandy Oommen. Unfortunately, I am not the heroine of such stories. It was another accused in the solar case.
I am not revealing the name as I don't have evidences to establish it and also it is a matter affecting their privacy," she said.
