The Minister for Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation released two books of Mohan Dogra 'Preet Lari' and 'Maa Sheran Wali' at the function.
Bhalla said the cultural diversity of the state and richness of literature in different languages have contributed a lot in developing love bonds.
'Preet Lari' and 'Maa Sheran Wali' are collections of Dogri poetries and Bhajans which are bound to create interests in literary circles, he said. PTI AB RKC RKC
