The MLAs -- Narayan Ram Arya and Rajendra Bhandari (Congress) and Hari Das (BSP) -- have been given Cabinet minister's rank, Secretary (CM) S S Rawat said.
While Arya has been appointed as head of Social Welfare Scheme Monitoring Committee, Bhandari will be the Deputy Chairman of 20-Point Programme Implementation Committee.
Similarly, Rawat has been appointed head of the State Advisory Board for Contractual Workers, he said.
On December 14, Chief Minister Bahuguna had announced that some more legislators would be given ministerial ranks by way of appointing them as heads of various state-run organisations.
Later the same day, two Congress MLAs were sworn in as parliamentary secretaries.
