was killed by an unidentified person in Badagaon area here, police said today.
The incident took place yesterday when Amandeep, a third grade student, had gone to market to purchase some items when an unidentified person hit him with a brick, injuring him seriously.
The boy was rushed to hospital where he was declared dead, police said.
The police has registered an FIR in the case and the murder is being suspected to be an outcome of old enmity.
