The minor was kidnapped by Sanjay, Sonu, and Faisal, who took her to Chandigarh and gang-raped her, police said, adding, the victim was rescued from Chandigarh on December 10.
The three accused have been arrested and the girl was produced in a court where her statement was recorded under section 164 of CrPC here yesterday.
Police have registered a case against the three in this connection and further investigation is on, they said.
