The minor girl managed to escape from the house yesterday and lodged a complaint with Childline, who in turn alerted the All Women Police Station (East), they said.
The 57-year-old father and the three others were arrested today, produced before a court and later lodged in the central jail here.
The girl was admitted to Government Hospital for medical examination, police said.
