Minor girl raped in Muzaffarnagar

A 17-year-old girl was allegedly raped by two youths after who forcefully entered her house at Khedi Sudiyan village here and threatened her of dire consequences if she was informed anyone about the incident.
The incident is alleged to have taken place yesterday. A complaint was lodged by the victim's family who claimed that the accused raped her and then threatened to kill her if she opened her mouth, Bhora Kalan SHO Jai Bhagwan Yadav said.
The accused have been absconding since the incident and a hunt is on to nab them, he said.
The girl has been sent for her medical examination, the SHO said.

In another incident, a youth was arrested for allegedly sexually harassing a girl by barging into her house at New Mandi area here yesterday, police said.
