According to a complaint lodged by her grandfather, the girl, a class 9 student, was kidnapped by two youths while she was returning from school on June 15.
She was then taken to an unknown place where she was confined for four days and raped repeatedly by the youths, the complaint said.
The girl returned home last evening and narrated the incident to her parents, who then complained to the police.
She was admitted to civil hospital here this afternoon as her condition deteriorated, police said, adding, her medical examination has been conducted.
The two accused are absconding, police said.
