The class six student from Islampur's G N B School fainted after reaching the headmaster's room in the afternoon.
After regaining consciousness, she told the school staff that she was raped by a young man, whom she couldn't recognise.
A complaint has been made in this regard with the police while the girl has been to Katwa hospital for medical check-up.
