Miscreants loot Rs 21 lakh from pvt agency employees

Around Rs 21 lakh was looted today while the money was being carried by a private agency to deposit in ATMs in the city in the Bistupur area under Bistupur police station, the police said.
The money was being carried by the employees of the agency after withdrawing it from a private bank in Bistupur to deposit in the ATMs of the city, when two miscreants riding a motorcycle snatched the amount near a traffic signal close to the busy Bistupur area, police said adding, investigation was on.
The police said all routes to and from the city were sealed and a hunt was on the apprehend the culprits.
