Leaders of Samajwadi Party, Lok Dal and BJP took part in the demonstration and handed over a memorandum to district magistrate.
Lok Dal MLA from Modinagar, Sudesh Sharma, said he will raise the matter in Assembly.
They demanded suspension of protection house officials, responsible for safety of the girls, sources said.
The Lok Dal also demanded suspension of SHO Kavinagar who "delayed" in lodging the complaint.
The DM, Aparna Upadhya, said she has sought the report of inquiry in three days and "action will be initiated thereafter."
She had ordered an inquiry into the matter yesterday.
