The maximum temperature was recorded at 28.4 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average while the minimum temperature was recorded at 11.4 degrees Celsius, a notch below the normal, said a MeT official said.
The humidity in air hovered between 41 and 90 per cent.
The MeT Department has predicted clear skies for tomorrow.
"The skies will be mainly clear. There will be mist and shallow fog in the morning. The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to settle at 28 degrees Celsius and 12 degrees Celsius, respectively," the weatherman said.
