At Muzaffarnagar market, gur prices were up by Rs 200 per quintal, supported by paucity of stocks.
Marketmen attributed the rise in gur prices to tight stocks following restricted supplies.
In Delhi, gur Chakku prices edged up by Rs 100 to finish at Rs 3,000-3,100 per quintal.
On the other hand, gur dhayya prices slipped by a similar margin of Rs 100 at Rs 3,200-3,300 per quintal.

However, trading in gur khurpa and laddo commenced with the arrivals of new gur stocks and traded at Rs 2,700-2,750 and Rs 2,950-3,000 per quintal.
Prices of gur Raskat could not be quoted due to absence of ready stocks.

Gur chakku Rs 3,000-3,100, pedi Rs 3,100-3,200, dhayya Rs 3,200-3,300 and shakkar Rs 3,200-3,300.
Muzaffarnagar: Rasket Rs N.T., chakku Rs 2,950-3,000, khurpa Rs 2,700-2,750 and Ladoo Rs 2,950-3,000.
Muradnagar: Pedi Rs 2,800-2,850 and dhayya Rs 2,900.
