Replying to the members demand for release of funds and to raise it to Rs five crore, Soren said five crore would not be possible but orders were issued to release Rs three crore for local area development.
"The request for Rs five crore would be decided in future," Soren said, even as some MLAs reduced their request to Rs four crore.
The MLAs get Rs three crore under the MLA-LAD funds every year and the funds were blocked this year as the Assembly was under suspended animation after President's rule was imposed on January 18 this year.
