The aftershock was recorded at 2.47 pm with epicentre located at Dolakha district, 150 kms northeast of Kathmandu, according to the National Seismological Centre.
However, no damage was reported from the tremor so far.
A total of 382 aftershocks of 4 or more magnitude were recorded since the deadly earthquake hit the country on April 25 killing nearly 9,000 people.
