Modi has no standing at national level: Bahuguna

Uttrakhand Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna today said that the path which BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi was following did not lead towards the PM residence.
Talking to the reporters Bahuguna, who was here to attend Kalki Mahotsava, said that Modi may have gained recognition in Gujarat, but he has no standing at the national level.
He said that the people would give a reply on what Modi was doing and speaking.
On a question regarding Aam Aadmi Party head Arvind Kejriwal he said that they all were like bubbles which would burst after December 8, the day on which results of the assembly elections would be announced.
Regarding tragedy in Uttrakhand, the CM said that there should be an advance system to forewarn the calamity.
He said that the PM has prepared a package of Rs 350 crore to develop a system which would give advance information regarding natural calamity, including earthquake in Himalayas.
