Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be addressing a rally in Jind district of Haryana on October 11 ahead of the Assembly elections in the state.
This is the first time Modi would be addressing a rally twice in the same Lok Sabha constituency. Yesterday, Modi had held a rally in Sonepat.
Surendra Barwala, who joined BJP after leaving INLD, is contesting from Jind on a BJP ticket. Barwala was a two-time MP from Hisar and state Education minister during the INLD-government.
BJP has never emerged victorious in Jind which is considered to be a stronghold of INLD where it currently holds all the five assembly seats.
