Modi to lay foundation stone of J'khand Agri Research centre

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Hazaribagh in Jharkhand later this month to lay the foundation of a proposed Agriculture Research Centre.
Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das who today met the Prime Minister extended the invitation to him which he accepted.
The Prime Minister will be accompanied by Agriculture Minister Radha Mohan Singh.
"Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Goria Karma village in Barhi block in Hazaribagh district on June 28 to lay the foundation stone of Jharkhand's first proposed Agriculture Research Centre.
"Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das met the Prime Minister in New Delhi and invited him to visit Hazaribagh. The Prime Minister accepted the invitation and gave his nod," a Jharkhand government statement said.
During the meeting, Das also briefed the Prime Minister about various welfare and development works taken up by the state government.

Sources said that Das talked about the security and development measures in Naxal affected areas with the Prime Minister and that "Focused Development with Security Action Plan" has been initiated in select blocks.
He also said that Jharkhand police is being strengthened and recently online FIR system, rapid city patrolling and Highway patrolling has been started in the state.
He is also learnt to have talked about various other issues related to starting of Single Window System for industries, initation of various railway related projects and others.
Das also met BJP president Amit Shah and Home Minister Rajnath Singh during the day.
He is scheduled to meet Union Minister Ram Vilas Paswan and Kalraj Mishra tomorrow.
