The 27-year-old batsman, playing for Royal Challengers Bangalore in the IPL, appeared before Metropolitan Magistrate Navita Kumari Bagha and also submitted the details of a second person, who stood as a surety for him.

The court, which had enlarged Pomersbach on bail on a personal bond of Rs 30,000 along with two sureties of the like amount, accepted his surety bond and other relevant documents.

On May 19, Pomersbach had only one surety to stand for him while the court had sought two sureties for bail.

The court had granted bail to Pomersbach saying that no offence under section 452 of the IPC for 'house-trespass or wrongful restraint' is made out against him.

Pomersbach was also asked by the court to surrender his passport before it and not to leave the country without its prior permission.

Pomersbach, who has a history of brawls and brush with police of his country, is accused of outraging the modesty of a woman here on the intervening night of May 17-18 night, after a post-match party.
