The company has allotted more than 16.29 lakh shares to anchor investors at the price of Rs 645 apiece. This translates to little over Rs 105 crore.
Aditya Birla Private Equity Trust, DB International (Asia) and Birla Sunlife Trustee Company Pvt Ltd are among the anchor investors, according to a filing by the company to the National Stock Exchange.
Through the IPO, which would be open from December 3-5, Monte Carlo plans to raise about Rs 350 crore. The price band has been fixed at Rs 630-645.
The offer constitutes 25 per cent of the post offer paid-up equity share capital of the company.
