He said scientific and medical communities across the world hold present day food responsible for many modern lifestyle diseases but organic food is contamination-free in terms of toxic chemicals.
Citing the advantage of organic food, Gupta said they are not irradiated and has lower nitrate levels and higher levels of nutrients when compared to conventional food.
Scaling up its presence in organic food market in Rajasthan, Morarka Organic foods limited opened its third organic food center "Down to Earth" here where all kinds of organic food articles will be available, Gupta, said.
