Traders said besides increased demand, tight supplies from producing belts mainly helped moth prices to strengthen.
In the national capital, moth advanced by Rs 200 to Rs 5,000-5,400 per quintal.

Masoor small 4,350-4,600, bold 4,550-4,650, Dal Masoor local 5,200-5,300, best quality 5,250-5,350, Malka local 5,100-5,200, best 5,300-5,400, Moth 5,000-5,400, Arhar 4,050-4,350, Dal Arhar Dara 5,750-5,950.
