Dera Sacha Sauda head Gurmeet Ram Rahim said today that a movie titled 'Messenger Of God' which stars him is not against any religion.
"A handful of people in some parts of Punjab have been opposing the movie without watching it. The movie doesn't contain religious issue at all. Not a single word has been uttered against any religion," the spiritual leader told reporters.
He said that he suspects the drug mafia's hand behind opposition to the movie.
"I don't think that religious people are averse to it," he said.
Replying to a query about opposition faced by Aamir Khan starrer 'PK', the sect leader who was here to promote his movie said, "I have not watched PK yet, but I have heard about it. If someone plays with anybody's religious feelings, I think it is not right".
When asked about the accusation that his ashram disciples were forced to become impotent, he denied the charge outright saying that he was against doing anything wrong to anybody even in his thought.
On December 23, the Haryana High Court had ordered a CBI probe after a petition filed by Hansraj Chauhan - a former disciple of Gurmeet Ram Rahim, alleging that 400 disciples were forcibly made impotent after the Dera Sacha Sauda chief's diktat.
