"A control room would be set up at the state level to monitor attendance of the teachers. The number of this control room would be displayed in each of the 18,000 government schools," MP Minister for School Education Vijay Shah said yesterday.
Shah was speaking at a function here in presence of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan.
"Anyone can inform about the teachers' attendance on the phone numbers displayed on the notice board of the school," the minister added.
The annual income of the guardians should not be more than Rs 6 lakh to get benefits of this scheme, the Chief Minister said.
