"I and my family were totally delighted with the popularity of our son, Aakash. I thought for the whole night that now I should leave the path for Aakash and should work for the party from behind (sic) for the coming assembly polls. May be this decision is a gift to my son on the occasion of his birthday," 57-year-old Vijaywargiya posted on his social networking sites last night.
Presently, Vijayawargiya represents the Mhow assembly seat and it was widely expected that he would contest in the coming assembly polls from the same constituency again.
However, by expressing a desire to make way for his son, observers have begun to speculate about his future moves.
Since the last few months Aakash has been seen active in the Mhow area which led to speculation that Vijaywargiya may contest the assembly polls from some other seat.
