The facility aims to cater to aspirants of various competitive examinations including UPSC and MPSC.
The two-storey 'Baba Amte Abhyasika' houses over 20,000 books, 38 computers with e-library on ground floor and a spacious lecture hall that can accommodate 150 students on first floor.
The minister said modalities are being worked out for arranging video conferencing with professors of repute from IITs for guiding the students/aspirants.
