Pankaj had been demanding the bribe from one Abhinav Chaturvedi citing alleged irregularities in the construction of his house in Mansarover area, according to IG ACB Smita Srivastava.
After verification of the complaint, the ACB laid a trap and arrested Pankaj who took the bribe through his peon Gajdhar, the official said,
The commissioner and the peon have been arrested, Srivastava said.
