Music relieves my anxiety: Olly Alexander

Years & Years frontman Olly Alexander says music has helped channel his anxiety in a positive manner.
The 25-year-old singer said he has struggled with anxiety and depression in the past but has found an outlet through music and songwriting, reported Contactmusic.
When asked if music is like therapy to him, he said, "No. Therapy is much better. But music is definitely something I do that helps channel my anxiety in a positive way.
