"The online booking of the tickets has shown encouraging response and what's striking is that people from 36 countries including Australia, America, Brazil and Spain have confirmed their presence for the festival," Shailendra Singh, Joint Managing Director, Percept Limited, said today.
For Sunburn 2012, which was held at Candolim, music lovers from 18 countries had participated, Singh said, adding that the festival has now moved from Candolim to Vagator, which has a much bigger space than the earlier edition.
The music lovers from Thailand and Malaysia have also shown a tremendous response, Singh said.
The organisers said the festival would be organised on a much larger scale than last year.
"We have partnered with some of the best production design teams like the UK-based Darkroom, which has been hard at work re-designing Cubezoid," Singh said.
This time, the festival would have Asia's largest single stage, with 120 artists performing for more than 200 hours, he added.
