Traders said easing demand from retailers at prevailing levels against adequate stocks position on increased arrivals from producing belts mainly led to the decline in mustard and groundnut oil prices.
In the national capital, mustard expeller (Dadri) and groundnut mill delivery (Gujarat) oils drifted lower by Rs 80 each to Rs 8,000 and Rs 10,300 per quintal, respectively.
On the other hand, castor oil in the non-edible section, traded higher by Rs 50 to Rs 9,450-9,550 per quintal.
