Marketmen said selective buying by retailers amid restricted supplies from producing regions, mainly kept mustard and palmolein oil prices higher.
In the national capital, mustard expeller (Dadri) oils advanced by Rs 50 to Rs 8,050 per quintal. Mustard pakki and kachi ghani oils edged up by Rs 50 each to Rs 1,395-1,445 and Rs 1,435-1,535 per tin, respectively.
Groundnut solvent refined too edged up by Rs 30 to Rs 1,700-1,750 per tin.

In the non-edible section, castor oil went up by Rs 10 to Rs 9,900-10,000 per quintal on increased industrial offtake.
