Traders said easing demand from retailers at current levels against adequate stocks position on higher supplies from growing regions mainly kept pressure on arhar and moong prices.
In the national capital, arhar remained under selling pressure and prices dropped by another Rs 100 to Rs 7,700 per quintal. Arhar dal dara variety followed suit and eased by a similar margin to Rs 11,000-13,000 per quintal.
