Refined soya oil prices eased by 0.33 per cent to Rs 621.05 per 10 kg in futures trading today as participants trimmed holdings amid easing demand in the spot market against adequate stocks position.
At the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, refined soya oil for delivery in far-month April fell by Rs 2.05, or 0.33 per cent to Rs 621.05 per 10 kg in a business turnover of 83,000 lots.
On similar lines, the oil for delivery in March shed Rs 1.20, or 0.20 per cent to Rs 611.30 per 10 kg in 18,920 lots.
Analysts attributed the fall in refined soya oil futures to low demand in the spot market against adequate stocks on higher supplies from producing belts.
