'My Star' wins the main Hyderabad race

Three-years-old My Star, ably ridden by Akshay Kumar won the Dundoo Ekambar Memorial Cup, chief event of concluding day of Hyderabad Monsoon Races held here today.
Winner Was Trained by Faisal Hassan.
Trainers D Netto and Faisal Hassan scored a double each while Jockey Akshaya Kumar scored a double.

Dr MAM Ramaswamy emerged as leading Individual owner winning more than Rs 69.86 lakh stake money, he also emerged as the leading individual owner with horses based at Hyderabad by winning stake money of Rs 69.86 lakh.
Col SB Nair was a leading individual local owner by winning more than 55.76 lakh stake money while leading joint owners were Mr S Padmanabhan and Mrs Sharmila Padmanaban by winning stake money of more than 43.83 lakh.

Mr Hammed Alam Khan and Vijay Racing and Farms Pvt Ltd were the leading joint owners with horses based at Hyderabad by winning more than 36.72 lakh stake money.

Mr. Laxman Singh emerged as the champion trainer with 29 winnings to his credit, while Kuldeep Singh claimed the Champion Jockey Trophy with 24 winning to his credit.
Rahul and Company were the leading book makers with total field money of more than 44.43 lakh.
Quasar was the champion horse, while Par Excellence was the horse of Season.
