The session, which will witness presentation of Vote on Account by Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio, who also holds the Finance portfolio, will continue till March 19.
A provisional programme of business made available by the Assembly Secretariat today stated that Protem Speaker Namri Nchang would administer the oath of affirmation to the 59 elected members out of the 60 on the first day, which would be followed by election of the new Speaker.
On the third day, the Chief Minister would present supplementary demands for grants for regularisation of excess expenditure for the year 2007-2008, supplementary demands for grants for 2012-2013 and Vote on Account for the year 2013-2014.
Debate on the motion of thanks to the Governor's address would be conducted on March 18 which would be followed by discussion and voting on supplementary demands for grants for regularisation of excess expenditure for the year 2007-2008 and supplementary demands for grants for 2012-2013.
