A Nagaland police constable has been arrested for allegedly bribing voters and abducting some of them, a day before the state goes to polls.
The policeman has been identified as Imliakum and his case has been referred to the Election Commission-appointed expenditure monitoring squad deployed to check instances of illegal cash in the state, official sources said.
The case has been reported from Mokokchung district of the state and the constable has been accused of bribing voters in Mangolemba town and Khar village.
