Samajwadi Party leader Virvhaan Singh has alleged that Nagpal misbehaved with him when he went to her office today.
"When I along with some residents went to her (Nagpal) office for some work, Nagpal misbehaved with us," Singh told reporters.
He was allegedly manhandled at Nagpal's office and was threatened with arrest. Singh claimed that Nagpal was upset with him over delay in beginning work on a sanitation project.
Mathura CDO Nagpal, however, dismissed the allegations saying Singh became furious when she questioned him about the delay.
