Narcotics smuggler held in Doda, heroin seized

Police today arrested a narcotics smuggler and recovered 500 grams of heroin from him in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir.
On a specific information, Imtiyaz Hussain was held from a hardware shop near bus stand in Gandoh belt of the district and one packet of heroin weighing (500 grams) was seized from his possession, a senior police officer said.
In this regard, a case was registered at Gandoh Police Station. The accused has been taken into custody and further investigation is on, he said.
