Natasha played a patient game while Sharmada, who serves big, made too many errors in her attempt to be aggressive.
Natasha will now fight it out with take on Pei-Chi Lee, who prevented an all Indian title clash by defeating Poojashree Venkatesh 6-4,6-0.
Lee exploited Poojashree's lack of movement and put her on the defense with her ground strokes. Lee displayed near perfect first strike tennis to win the match in straight sets.
Meabwhile,Rushmi Chakravarthy and Ankita Raina won the Women's Doubles title by beating the Chinese duo of Zhao & Xuan 6-1,6-4.
The top seeded Indian pair faced some anxious moments in the second set and went down 1-4 before regaining their composure and winning the match.
