National Chess tournament for school students

A total of 140 school students from across the country will participate in a national chess tournament here in December.
The six-day event for 'Ashoka Group Cup', hosted by the Indian Tourism Development Corporation, will begin from December 8, J K Das, Organising Secretary of the championship said.
The tournament, open for school students upto standard XII, will have eight rounds for deciding the winner.
The winner will get a car. There will also be forty individual prizes.
