The one-day conference, jointly organised by the Kerala State Disaster Management Authority and KIMS Hospital provided a platform to learn from experts the way to manage various kinds of disasters in the most efficient and effective manner, a release from KIMS hospital said here.
Governor Justice (Rtd) P Sathasivam inaugurated the event, in which several experts from across the country took part.
The programme was attended by District Collector Biju Prabhakar, Dr Shekar Lukose Kuriakose, Secretary, Kerala State Disaster Management Authority, Dr M I Sahadulla, KIMS Healthcare Group Chairman and MD and others.
