Bajaj, who succeeds Satish Thakkar, was elected at the annual general body meeting of the ICCC on Saturday.
Speaking about his priorities as the new President, he said, "ICCC is committed to accelerate social, cultural and economic ties between the two countries, and work for the benefits of Indo-Canadian Diaspora, particularly the younger generation."
Avi Goel, Jagdish Bajaj and Mukesh Bhardwaj were also elected as directors of the ICCC.
