Naval fighter jet crashes in China; crew safe

A Chinese naval fighter jet, conducting a night drill, crashed into a factory in east China but its crew ejected safely.
The aircraft went down in Taizhou in Zhejiang Province around 7:30 pm yesterday during a night drill over a factory, navy spokesperson Liang Yang said.
The crew ejected and parachuted to safety, he added.
Part of the factory was damaged but no casualties have been reported, he was quoted as saying by state-run Xinhua news agency.
An investigation into the crash in on.
