Flush with funds, the London-based mobile gaming studio, which also has an office in Bengaluru, is launching its first game 'CricBet'.
"We believe that second screen experience through mobile phones would convert a passive activity of watching TV into a highly interactive activity. The investment will enable Mastermind to develop more engaging experiences for users for more sports events," Nazara Games CEO Manish Agarwal told PTI.
He, however, declined to comment on the funded amount.
'CricBet' is a live prediction game, where users stake virtual currency on what they think is about to happen during a match like predicting the next boundary or guessing the number of runs off the next over.
Earlier this month, Nazara Games had made an undisclosed investment in another London-based mobile games studio, TrulySocial.
